The platform could track each person's contribution, whether design, writing, or strategy, and split rewards fairly based on actual input instead of equal division. 2. Skill-Based Task Matching Instead of manually browsing every task, the system could learn from your past work and recommend opportunities matching your strengths. Consistently strong at graphics? Design tasks surface first. Excel at educational content? Those opportunities come automatically. This saves time for everyone and lets miners focus on what they actually do best. 3. Impact Tracking Dashboard Show us real results beyond points earned. If I create content explaining a project, let me see how many people engaged, joined their community, or took action because of that work. This feedback helps everyone understand what genuinely drives value and refine their approach instead of creating blindly.
