Identify and document geographic regions in Nigeria with limited access to digital finance tools (e.g., mobile banking, crypto wallets, payment apps) and explain how crypto access can help recover the local economy in those places. Use DAO Labs’ Social Mining as a case study to explore how decentralized platforms can bridge these gaps and promote financial inclusion.

🧑‍💻Instructions:

1. Local Research & Observation
   
   

   • Choose a specific area in Nigeria (urban, peri-urban, or rural) and assess access to digital finance tools.

   • Interview locals or gather informal feedback on barriers (e.g., internet access, literacy, trust, infrastructure).

2. Data Collection
   
   

   • Note key indicators: smartphone penetration, mobile money usage, crypto awareness, and local fintech presence.

   • Highlight any community-led alternatives or informal systems in use.

3. DAO Labs Case Study Integration
   
   

   • Briefly explain DAO Labs and its mission in your own words.

   • Suggest how DAO Labs’ decentralized tools (e.g., Social Mining, onboarding kits) could be adapted to support inclusion in your mapped area.

4. Visual Mapping (Optional but encouraged)
   
   

   • Create a simple map or infographic showing areas with low access and potential DAO Labs intervention points.

   • Use free tools like Canva, Google Maps, or hand-drawn sketches.

5. Submit Your Findings
   
   

   • Create an Instagram Story post of no more than 3m summarizing your findings. Be simple and original. You may use slang or a local shoutout as long as it keeps the civil tone.

   • Make a short summary (less than 200 words) to accompany your IG Story.

   • Include any visuals, quotes, or local stories that bring your mapping to life.

   • Get the link to your post and submit it as Proof of Work for Validation.
