#Web3 is rapidly evolving, with modular ecosystems, specialized infrastructure, and data-driven capital allocation leading the way. As part of @TheDAOLabs initiative, I reviewed @HouseofChimera , a research firm that turns complex blockchain systems into actionable insights. Three trends from their work stood out: 1. Infrastructure as the Center of Gravity #HoC prioritizes foundational infrastructure over hype cycles. Their work spans modular blockchain stacks, rollup frameworks, and decentralized compute networks. ➢ Focus on ecosystem scalability and coordination ➢ Analysis of rollup-as-a-service and GPU-based networks This matters because the next phase of adoption depends on infrastructure that can scale efficiently and reliably. 2. Due Diligence as an Emerging Requirement Crypto markets still suffer from information asymmetry between builders and investors. #HoC addresses this with structured due diligence. ➢ Risk and roadmap analysis for VCs and launchpads ➢ Evaluation of token and network fundamentals This approach ensures investment decisions are grounded in technical and ecosystem realities, not sentiment alone. 3. Education as Strategic Infrastructure HoC’s research also functions as an educational tool. Testimonials from leaders at @Polygon , @syscoin , @alt_layer , and #Particle highlight the importance of clear research in building community conviction and understanding complex ecosystems. ➢ Improves onboarding and ecosystem alignment ➢ Strengthens credibility and long-term adoption Conclusion #HouseofChimera demonstrates how research, due diligence, and education can reinforce each other. Their model helps investors make informed decisions, empowers communities, and supports infrastructure-driven growth, three pillars essential to the maturation of Web3.
